Qualification (i) Electrical Branch: Must possess B.E/B.Tech/A.M.I.E., in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (ii) Mechanical Branch: Must possess B.E/B.Tech/A.M.I.E., in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification (iii) Electronics Branch: Must possess B.E/B.Tech./A.M.I.E., in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation & Controls Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics Instrumentation & Power/ Power electronics I Computer Science Engineering/Computer Science & information Technology.
Pay Scale During the period of probation, they shall be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy-five thousand only)

Age
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 42 years old as on 01 July 2026. The upper age limit is 47 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC, and EWS categories. The upper age limit is 52 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates.
