To digitize all land records in the state of Telangana, the government of Telangana has started an online portal called “Maa Bhoomi”.This website is an official site by the Telangana Government to digitize all land records in the State of Telangana. Maa Bhoomi portal data contains survey number, owner name / patted name, the extent of land, tax, nature of the land and crop etc. Pahani for all land in the State of Telangana can also be downloaded from the Maa Bhoomi website.

Adangal or Pahani is an important legal land related document allotted by the Tahsildar. A Pahani or an Adangal contains details of the land.(i). Name of the Land Owner

Log on to the official website of the Maa Bhoomi
Click on the “Your Pahani”
Enter the Account number or Survey Number or Aadhaar number
Click on Submit option
Checking Pahani or Adangal Online
Check your Pahani or Adangal online by following these steps:
Step 1: Log on to the “Maa Bhoomi” official website
Step 2: Go to the Menu tab and Click on “Your Pahani” to view your land details
Step 3: You will be asked for your Account Number or Survey Number or Aadhaar Number
Step 4: After uploading your Aadhaar number, you will need to select the Zone, District Name and the name of the village from the drop-down menuStep 5: Hit the button “Click”
Step 6: Now click on the Pattadar’s name. The website page will redirect you to the next web page where all necessary details regarding your land can be seen
Step 7: Click on the print option in order to take a printout.
