It is good news for the test takers of JEE Mains examination. The candidates were already applied for the JEE Main examination and lot of applications were received. The purpose of this examination is for the admission of candidates for under graduate programmes at NIT’s,IIT’s and other centrally funded Technical Institutions. The institutions funded by state governments and other institutions are also participating in this examination.
The examination is of qualifying nature and toughest examination. The candidate should get the highest score will get a chance to study in the prestigious colleges under NIT’s and IIT’s. The States of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Nagaland ,Uttrakhand and Odisha have joined JEE (Main) system.

Procedure to download the Admit card:
Step 1: Navigate the webpage www.jeemain.nic.in
Step 2: Candidates are required to enter the details like registration number and password.
Step 3: After entering above details click on “Submit” button
Step 4: The Admit card will be displayed on the screen
Step 5: Candidates are advised to take printout of Admit cards for reference.
JEE Mains exam will be in two papers.
Paper I for BE /B Tech and Paper II for B Arch /B Planning
Paper I- Physics, Chemistry and Maths- Objective type exam
Paper II-Maths Part I and Aptitude Test Part II and Drawing Test Part III – Objective type
Mode of exam:
Exam is conducted in two modes such as Pen and Paper based exam and Computer based exam.
Schedule of Examination:
4th April 2015- Paper I and Paper II
10th April and 11th April 2015-Paper I
The exam will be conducted in two shifts:
First Shift: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Second Shift:2:00PM to 5:00 pM
Duration of exam: 3 Hours
