For the post of captain: candidates maximum age should be for permanent employment will be 55 years. (Pilots must not completed 55 years as on the date of joining) and pilots those who have completed the age of 55 years as on the date of joining, will be taken as a fixed-term contract basis for a period up to the age of 65 years, as subject to DGCA rules.
Pay Scale: selected candidates will be given a salary of as per the industry standards and experience of the candidates.
i. candidates must have ATPL issued by director general of civil aviation, government of India.
ii. Instrument rating approval on Indian ATPL.
iii. Candidates must have FRTO license issued by DGCA.
iv. All licenses must be a valid at the time of joining.
v. Candidates must have RTR (P) RTR (C) RTR issued by Ministry of communication WPC wing, government of India.
vi. Current using passport (if not accessible, proof of surrender of application to be attached. (custody of passport compulsory at time of joining).
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the personal interview.
Short-listed candidates after personal interview would require undergoing a simulator flight proficiency test. Psychometric test will be conducted during the selection process and pre-employment medical examination.
